摘要
"南海问题"是中国战略崛起过程中必然面对的一个现实问题。南海问题实质上是中国、南海周边国家、美国三方力量围绕中国与南海周边国家在经济、军事、能源问题上以及中国与美国全球战略之间两种结构性矛盾进行的较量。这些矛盾也为中国解决南海问题,发展国家战略利益提供条件,中国应做好"两手准备",争取南海问题得到和平解决。
＂The South Sea Issue＂ is a real problem in the process of China＇s rise,which is essentially the struggle on the two structural contradictions between China and the countries around the South Sea on economy,military affairs and energy,which is also the contradiction between China and US global strategy.The contradictions make the conditions for China to solve the issues and develop its national strategic interest,China should have ＂dual tactics＂ in order to have the South Sea Issues settled peacefully.
