宁南跑马铅锌矿选矿厂原生产工艺流程及设备无法适应品位频繁变化的矿石,生产指标波动较大,无法保证稳定的产品质量。通过工艺流程优化及设备改造,满足了产品质量要求,大幅度降低了能耗,显著提高了企业的经济效益。
In Ningnan Paoma Pb-Zn mineral processing plant,the previous mineral processing technological flowsheet and equipment cannot fit in with the frequent change of the ore grade.Thus,great fluctuation in production quota appears and the production quality is unstable.After completation of the technological flowsheet optimization and the equipment transformation,its products can meet quality requirements,energy consumption greatly decreases and enterprise′s economic benefits are remarkably increased.
