摘要
在30 kW低噪声移动电站设计中,运用隔声、吸声技术和消声技术降低了内燃机电站的噪声,成功的解决了柴油机通风散热问题。并利用噪声抑制方面的数学计算模型进行隔声、消声降噪的计算,预估了低噪声电站的噪声指标,缩短了设计周期。试验证明,30 kW低噪声电站的隔声设计是成功的,达到了令人满意的降噪结果。
In the design of 30 kW low noise mobile power station,sound isolation and sound absorption techniques are utilized to reduce the noise of the combustion engine power station,and the problems of the ventilation and head radiation of the combustion engine are solved.The sound insulation and elimination is calculated using the mathematic model of noise suppression.The noise level of the low noise power station is estimated.It is proved through the experiment that the sound insulation design is successful and the result of noise reduction is satisfied.
