摘要
设计一套实验装置,测试气囊隔振器在不同压力、不同高度下的垂向输入和传递阻抗,并对气囊隔振器的传递特性进行系统分析,分析结果表明,气囊隔振器隔振效果优越;工作高度一定,压力越高,力传递率越小;工作压力一定,在额定工作高度时的气囊隔振器力传递率最小。
A test rig is designed.The vertical input and transfer impedance of the air-spring with rubber bellow at different pressure and height are tested.Its transfer characteristics are analyzed systematically.The testing results indicate that the vibration isolation performance of the air-spring is excellent.If the working height keeps constant,the force transmissibility of air-spring with higher working pressure is smaller.If the working pressure keeps constant,the force transmissibility gets the minimum at the rated height.
