摘要
信息标准是信息化建设的基础工作和信息交换与共享的基本前提。研究卫生监督信息化的分类与框架以及数据元与代码的制定方法,可以为上海卫生监督信息化进程提供数据规范服务,促进上海市卫生监督信息化的建设。结合上海市公共卫生突发事件信息系统项目的建设,从卫生监督信息标准制定方法和流程、卫生监督信息分类框架、数据集与代码的编制等方面,描述了上海卫生监督信息数据规范的制定方法。
Information standards are the basis of informatisation construction and the basic premise of information exchange and sharing. The researches on classification and framework of health supervision informatisation as well as on the establishment method of the data elements and the code can provide data normalisation services to the informatisation process of Shanghai health supervision,promote the construction of Shanghai health supervision informatisation. In this paper,based on constructing the Shanghai Municipal Public Health Emergency Information System projects and in virtue of some cases,we described the constituting method of the Shanghai health supervision information data criterion in terms of the constituting methods and processes of health supervision standards,the classification framework,data sets and encoding,etc. ,of the health supervision information.
