摘要
作为提高本国技术能力的一条重要途径,国际技术扩散近年得到了广泛的关注,它与区域经济增长之间的关系如何?通过对韩国、印度和巴西有关国际技术扩散的政策及效果加以梳理、总结与比较,得到了一些对发展中国家的启示。最后,针对我国提出了一些政策建议。
As an important channel of upgrading domestic technology capacity,international technology diffusion has become the focus of many researches.The article summarizes the policies,effects of Korea,India and Brazil,and then draws some useful implications for developing countries.In the end,some suggestions aiming to our country are given.
