摘要
通过运用GALINA和MURAT构造的出口中学指数,采用1980—2007年我国28个省份的面板数据进行实证分析,测度出了各省市出口中学的数值,并通过模型直接检验了出口中学与经济增长的关系,得出出口中学对GDP的增长有显著的正相关性,出口中学每增长1单位,GDP平均增长2 515.707 3个单位;然而GDP对出口中学的影响几乎为零。此外,去除多重共线性,对外贸易并没能与出口贸易所获得的国外研发的外溢效应结合起来对技术进步起到应有的促进作用,且其开放度过大已对我国经济发展构成威胁。
Using the index of "learning by exporting" constructed by GALINA and MURAT and the empirical analysis of 28 provinces′ panel data covering the period of 1980~2007,the index of "learning by export" was measured.Then the relationship between "learning by exporting" and economic growth was discussed."Learning by exporting" has a significant positive correlation with GDP."Learning by exporting" increases one unit,GDP will grow 2 515.707 3 units;however,GDP has little effect on "learning by exporting".Removing the multi-co-linearity,excessive openness effect by foreign R D do not play its due role in promoting economical growth,and excessive openness has a threat on China′s economic development.
