摘要 柔性材料涂敷装置在进行生产加工时,要求对柔性材料位置进行精确控制。提出了针对柔性材料特性的形变模型,并对以该形变模型为基础建立的仿真系统进行研究,设计了一种改进的模糊PID控制算法,该算法提高了系统的动态性能。仿真实验证明,形变模型可以较好地反映柔性材料形变特性,模糊PID算法能有效地减小系统动态超调量,提高控制精度。 During coating processing on flexible film material,precise positioning control of elastic material roll is needed.An elastic deformation model was presented for compensation in the control system.An improved fuzzy-PID control algorithm was designed to enhance the system dynamic performance.A simulation research on the positioning system based on the elastic deformation model was performed.The simulation experimental results showed that the elastic deformation model can exactly reflect the characteristics of elastic material in the motion system.Fuzzy-PID algorithm can effectively reduce the system dynamic overshoot and improve the accuracy of the control system.
