摘要
通过实地调查与文献研究,基本摸清了滁菊茶用与药用的变化历史,即20世纪及其以前以药用为主,近10年以茶用为主。滁菊自身的局限性和茶饮市场的带动是实现这一转变的主要原因。建议在发展茶用的同时可兼顾药用。
Based on field survey and literature retrieval,the changes of applications of Chuju in medicine and tea were basically known.In the 20th century and its before,Chuju was mainly served as the medicine.In recent 10 years,it is mainly consumed as the tea.The prime reason of this change is its own limits and increasing demands of the tea in the market.It is suggested that Chuju should be mainly used for tea besides its application in medicine
