摘要
根据生产发展需要,针对采煤机用防爆型水冷电机的要求,依据电机热量传递图调整了电磁负荷分布,使热源分布进行优化设计,使之更趋合理。散热水路采用了往复式水路,相应提高了电机自身散热能力。通过建立的热传导模型图对电机定子绕组温升进行了计算,并对电机轴和机座以及花键经过了强度校算。试验结果表明,设计的电机在现场运行良好,方法合理有效。
According to production development and demands of explosion-proof water-cooled motor for coal cutter,the electromagnetic loads of motor are adjusted for optimum design of heat source distribution based on the heat transfer diagram,so the new distribution are more reasonable.The water circuits of heat transfer are of reciprocating ones,so the heat transfer capability of motor itself is improved correspondingly.The temperature rise of motor stator windings are calculated based on the founded heat transfer model diagram,and the shaft,frame and spline are calculated and corrected in strength.The experimental results show that the designed motor can run well in site and the method adopted is reasonable and available.
