摘要
高校实施人本管理是与商业部门的引诱、刺激和示范性影响分不开的。人本管理顾名思义,就是以人为中心的管理,它代表着高校管理的发展趋势、价值取向和终极理想。在科学发展观统领下,搞好高校人本管理的战略途径是:树立战略思维,确立以人为本的价值理念;定位战略目标,追求人本管理的战略结果;搞好战略分析,运用战略管理的分析工具;拟定战略规划,搞好人本管理的方案运筹;建立长效机制,激发战略管理的创新活力。
The human-oriented management in universities is inseparable from the effects of businesses. Human-oriented management is just the management considering human beings as the center, which represents the development trends, valu- able orientations, and ultimate ideals of university management. Under the guidance of the scientific development outlook, the strategic approaches of human-oriented management are as follows: build up strategic thinking to establish human-oriented ideas, orientate the strategic objectives to realize the outcomes, do well in the strategic analysis to utilize the strategic tools, make a strategic olan to eonduct the oroiects and set up a long-term effective mechanism to achieve innovative energies.
