摘要
高校扩招是我国高等教育普及化的必然,但它带来了"宽进宽出"的问题,而宽进宽出危害极大,导致办学质量难保、学风受到毒害、师生关系紧张、社会风气败坏、教育资源浪费等,为此,必须严把高校的"入口关"和"出口关",采取多方措施以确保高校培养人才的能力,并加强高校毕业生质量监控。同时,社会用人观念和机制也需相应改变,以便为高校教育质量的提升营造一个良好的外部环境。
Increasing enrollment of universities is an inevitable result of the popularization of higher education in China,but it brings about the issue of ＂ easy enrollment and easy graduation ＂,which will cause great harm to universities and leads to the decrease in the quality of education,negative implication on the learning atmosphere,tensions between teachers and students,corruption of social morals,waste of the educational resources,etc.Therefore,measures should be taken to strictly control the enrollment and graduation of the college students to ensure the capacity of university graduates and strengthen their quality supervision.Meanwhile,social concepts and mechanisms of employing should be adjusted accordingly so as to build an outer environment for universities to improve the quality of higher education.
