摘要
目的:优选祖师麻巴布剂基质最佳配方。方法:通过正交设计试验,以配方中聚丙烯酸钠、明胶、聚乙烯醇、PVPK-30、甘油、丙二醇为因素,以用量为水平,设计L18(37)正交表,以综合感官为综合考察指标,剥离强度和内聚力为量化指标,对结果进行直观分析和方差分析。结果:优选基质配比为聚丙烯酸钠∶明胶∶聚乙烯醇∶PVPK-30∶甘油∶丙二醇=4∶1∶2∶1.5∶15∶10。结论:优化后配方巴布剂剥离性能良好,内聚力适中、涂展性良好等,各项指标均符合外用贴敷要求。
Objective：To optimize the best compose and percentage of founder hemp Cataplasm base.Methods：Content of sodium polyacrylate,gelatin,polyvinyl alcohol,plasdone K-30,glycerol and propanediol were screened with adhesion strength and cohesive strength as indices by L18（37） orthogonal design,synthetical feeling observes was the index grading for the overall evaluation.Results：The best ratio of founder hemp Cataplasm base was sodium polyacrylate∶ gelatin∶ polyvinyl alcohol∶ plasdone K-30∶ glycerol∶ propanediol=4∶1∶2∶1.5∶15∶10.Conclution： The optimized formula of matrix have good overlay performance,moisture condition and moderate adhesive performance.It is useful for exterior.
