摘要
目的:优选祖师麻巴布剂基质最佳配方。方法:通过正交设计试验,以配方中聚丙烯酸钠、明胶、聚乙烯醇、PVPK-30、甘油、丙二醇为因素,以用量为水平,设计L18(37)正交表,以综合感官为综合考察指标,剥离强度和内聚力为量化指标,对结果进行直观分析和方差分析。结果:优选基质配比为聚丙烯酸钠∶明胶∶聚乙烯醇∶PVPK-30∶甘油∶丙二醇=4∶1∶2∶1.5∶15∶10。结论:优化后配方巴布剂剥离性能良好,内聚力适中、涂展性良好等,各项指标均符合外用贴敷要求。
Objective:To optimize the best compose and percentage of founder hemp Cataplasm base.Methods:Content of sodium polyacrylate,gelatin,polyvinyl alcohol,plasdone K-30,glycerol and propanediol were screened with adhesion strength and cohesive strength as indices by L18(37) orthogonal design,synthetical feeling observes was the index grading for the overall evaluation.Results:The best ratio of founder hemp Cataplasm base was sodium polyacrylate∶ gelatin∶ polyvinyl alcohol∶ plasdone K-30∶ glycerol∶ propanediol=4∶1∶2∶1.5∶15∶10.Conclution: The optimized formula of matrix have good overlay performance,moisture condition and moderate adhesive performance.It is useful for exterior.
