摘要
随着"海权"理论在中国的传播与发展,我民族"海权"意识觉醒并逐渐发展。基于国家安全的视角分析,我国海权现状面临极大困境。而突破此困境,行之有效的办法除了依据国际法进行维护我国自身合法海洋权益的斗争之外,便是大力发展海外贸易并建设一支具有实战能力的远洋海上军事力量且使二者形成良性互动、互哺。
As the dissemination and development of the sea power theory in China,Chinese ethnic peoples＇ sea power consciousness awoke and is gradually developing.Based on the viewpoint of national security analysis,China′s sea power is confronted with greatly predicament.To break through this predicament,there are two effective means.While besides the fight to safeguard our own sea power legal rights and interests based on the international law,the other is to strive to develop overseas trade and build a sea military force with actual combat capability.And to make both of them form a benign interactive and mutual nourish,which will be more effective.
