摘要
在分析小波变换原理的基础上,根据设备出现故障时的信号特征,介绍了小波分析在降噪及故障诊断中的应用。重点分析了小波变换应用于设备故障诊断的优点及其优于傅里叶变换等其他方法的数学机理。最后通过实例验证小波分析在故障诊断中的应用,并通过与傅里叶变换对比,表明小波变换能克服傅里叶变换的固有缺陷,准确提取故障特征。
In this paper, the principle of wavelet transform is analyzed. Based on the special fault character, the applications of wavelet analysis to de-noising and fault diagnosis are introduced. And then, the mathematic principle is analyzed about the priority of wavelet transform compared to Fourier transform. Finally, an example of applying the wavelet transform to fault diagnosis is proposed. The results demonstrates that wavelet transform conquered the inherit shortage of Fourier transform effectively and obtained the fault characters accurately.
