摘要
百年大计,教育为本。新颁布的《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》制定了我国未来10年推动教育向纵深发展的政策体系。这一教育政策体系的形成对于深化教育改革、优先发展教育以及提高教育现代化水平无疑具有重大的理论指导与实践意义。基于对《规划纲要》中所涉及的重大教育政策问题予以进一步完善的立场,特就我国当今教育改革的核心理念、深入推进素质教育的困境、制约免费师范生教育政策的瓶颈等一系列涉及我国当前重大教育政策的问题,提出些许不成熟的看法与建议,以求教于教育领域的各界人士。
Education is to last for generations. The newly promulgated National Outline for Medium and Long Term Educational Reform and Development （2010 -2020） formulates the educational policy system which will promote the China＇s further development of education in the next ten years. The formulation of this education policy system definitely provides an important theoretical and practical guideline for deepening educational reform, giving priority to the development of education and raising the level of educational modernization . Based on the further improvement of major education policy issues in the new outline, this article tries to put forward some views and suggestions on the core concepts of current educational reform, the problems of further promotion of educational quality, and on the bottleneck of the policy of free education for undergraduates in normal universities.
