脉冲激光沉积制备纳米材料研究进展

摘要 纳米结构的材料由于其优异的性能,已经成为当今材料科学的热点之一,而脉冲激光沉积法由于其独特的优点而越来越受到重视。本文阐述了用脉冲激光沉积法制备各种纳米结构的研究进展,包括量子点、纳米线、纳米棒、纳米针、纳米环、纳米管、纳米锥,并展望了该项技术在纳米结构制备方面的应用前景,随着高功率脉冲激光技术和设备的发展,PLD工艺参数的进一步优化,该技术将在纳米结构的制备方面发挥重要的作用。 Nano-size materials are one of the focuses in RD of new materials due to their excellent performance,and the PLD(pulsed laser deposition) attracts people's attention more and more because of its unique advantages.The progress in various nano-size materials prepared by PLD is reviewed including quantum dots,nanowires,nanorods,nano-needles,nanorings,nanotubes and nanocones.Looking ahead to the appplications of PLD technology to the preparation of nano-size materials in future,it is believed that with the development of high-power pulsed laser technology/equipment the PLD process parameters will be further optimized and play an important role in preparation of nanomaterials.
