摘要
800 MN油压机的上板梁单体净重233 t,板厚1 025 mm,为目前国内外大型铸钢中板厚最大的铸钢件之一,技术要求高,实际铸造生产难度极大。经过对其工艺技术的分析,制定针对性的工艺措施,同时利用计算机凝固模拟技术进行了验证与完善,成功铸造了800 MN油压机上板梁。
At present,the upper plate beam of 800 MN oil hydraulic press was one of the thickest steel castings in the world,whose net weight was 233 t and thickness was up to 1 025 mm.It is very difficult to cast due to its high technical requirement.On the basis of the technology analysis of the upper plate beam,the related technical measure was made and was validated and improved by computer solidification simulation.The upper plate beam was successfully cast at last.
