摘要 本文针对带钢表面划痕缺陷,以常见的面阵LED作为光源搭建低角度、暗域照明系统,同时基于照明系统推导出在一定照明区域中光照度函数表达式,同时对单个LED发光强度曲线进行了拟合,得出其光强分布函数,基于该函数对照明系统进行建模,利用Tracepro光学软件对照度函数中进行了仿真,分析其中参数β、S与照明均匀度ΔE之间的关系,为视觉检测照明系统的搭建提供了相应的依据,并最终通过照明实验对仿真结果进行了验证。 The low-angle and dark-field lighting system is set up with common array LED source for the strip-surface scratch defects. Meanwhile, illumination function in the given area is derived on the basis of LED lighting system, which receives the light intensity distribution function of LED by the curve fitting. The lighting system model is built based on the distribution function. and the Tracepro is used to simulate the lighting system model, and the relation is analyzed between the parameter β,S and illumination uniformity E, which provides the corresponding basis for setting up the lighting system of visual inspection. Finally, the simulation results are verified through lighting experiments.
