摘要
在国家支农惠农政策的激励下,黑龙江省农机作业服务组织得到了迅猛发展。介绍黑龙江省农机作业服务组织的发展现状,分析农机作业服务组织对农业经济的促进作用及存在的主要问题,提出相应的对策。
The farm machinery service organizations in Heilongjiang Province have seen rapid development under the national benefiting-farmers policies which have made tremendous contribution to increase in grain production and farmers' income.This article deals with the current growth of these organizations and makes analysis on their role to the growth of economy as well as the existing problems.Accordingly,the author puts forward countermeasures to solve these problems.
