摘要
采用新的方法,以甲醇-13C为原料直接合成了美沙西汀-甲氧基-13C,并对其进行了HPLC、LC-MS和1HMNR等分析。结果表明,所合成的样品是目标产品,产率为70.0%,13C丰度为99%,纯度为99.8%。与经典的合成方法比较,本方法具有较好的经济效益。使用本方法自制的美沙西汀-甲氧基-13C进行小鼠13C-呼吸试验,结果表明,美沙西汀-甲氧基-13C可以在小鼠活体状态下正确评估其损伤和恢复情况。
Methacetin-methoxy-^13C was synthesized by using methanol-^13C with a novel method,and the characterization of it was performed using HPLC,LC-MS and ^1HMNR.The results indicated that the synthetic was right.And the yield of methacetin-methoxy-^13C was 70.0% with 99% ^13C abundance and 99.8% purity.Compared with the classical method,there was more benefit.The methacetin ^13C-breath test was performed with the synthetic on the live mice,which showed a precise reflection of alteration of liver function in liver injury and functional recovery.
