摘要
本文对希腊债务危机和我国地方政府负债二者的发展、现状以及成因分别展开解析,对希腊债务危机从成因角度进行细致分析,得出一系列结论。并以希腊债务危机为鉴,提出了我国如何治理地方债务危机的措施。
The Greece debt crisis is similar with the subsequent local government debt crisis in China in terms of debt scale and cause.The author analyses the evolution,status quo,and cause of Greece crises and reaches a series of conclusions.The paper states that the lessons from Greece＇s debt crisis should be learnt to avoid the deterioration of the local debt crisis and measures should be taken to address the crisis.
