摘要
目的探讨股动脉结扎对吸毒人员感染性股动脉破裂的疗效。方法回顾性分析收治的21例吸毒人员股动脉感染破裂的治疗经过。在术中进行远端动脉测压,远端动脉的压力大于50 mmHg时,采用股总动脉、股浅动脉、股深动脉结扎和局部清创。结果 21例病人无术后死亡和出血,22条下肢无截肢。均随访6个月无间歇性跛行。结论吸毒人员股动脉感染破裂需紧急手术,远端动脉的压力大于50 mmHg时,采用股总动脉、股浅动脉、股深动脉结扎和局部清创治疗效果好,手术操作安全简单,易在基层医院开展,可推广应用。
Objective To study the therapeutic efficacy about infection and rupture of femoral artery of drug user through ligation.Method 21 drug addicts suffering infection and rupture of femoral artery were analyzed.When the pressure of distal artery pressure was above 50 mmHg,the femoral artery was ligated and debrided and sutured.Results There were no patient died and bleed after operation,and all affected limbs are not amputated.There were not intermittent claudication in all cases.Conclusions Drug Addicts suffering infection and rupture of femoral artery must been operated instantly.When distal artery pressure is above 50 mmHg,common femoral artery and superficial femoral artery ligating,debridement and suturing is safe,sample and easy in primary hospital.
