摘要
目的观察辛伐他丁联合美托洛尔治疗室性早搏的疗效。方法将156例室性早搏的病人随机分成辛伐他丁加美托洛尔组(A组)、辛伐他丁组(B组)和美托洛尔组(C组),观察每组治疗前后临床症状和心律失常改善情况。结果 3组均有一定疗效,A组的临床症状改善总有效率为96%,动态心电图改善总有效率为94%。A组在临床症状和动态心电图改善方面明显优于B组和C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辛伐他丁与美托洛尔联合应用更能有效地治疗室性早搏。
Objective To observed the effect of simvastatin combined with metoprolol on premature ventricular contractions.Method 156 patients with premature ventricular contractions were randomly divided into A group treated with simvastatin and metoprolol,B group treated with simvastatin and C group treated with metoprolol.The improvement of clinical symptoms and arrhythmia was observed.Result The effective rate of clinical symptoms and Holter of A group were 96% and 94%,which were superior to that of B group and C group（P0.05）.Conclusion Simvastatin combined with metoprolol is effective in the treatment of premature ventricular contractions.
