摘要
"观看行为"(the spectatorship)中观者与被观看者的性别选择、观看方式可以透露出艺术家本身的价值取向。观看行为的主客体之间存在着主体向客体进行自我投射和客体对主体进行反向建构的关系。文章认为,勃朗宁诗歌美学中的观看行为既受到了维多利亚时代初露端倪的消费文化的影响,也是勃朗宁的浪漫主义诗学在新的历境之下进行的一次策略式突围。
Gender of the viewer and the viewee and manner of viewing in spectatorship can betray the artist's value orientation.The subject projects himself/herself into the object while the object in turn constructs the subject in the process of spectatorship.This paper assumes that Robert Browning's manipulation on spectatorship is greatly influenced by the emerging consumerist culture of Victorian age,and is a strategic breakthrough of Browning's romantic poetics under a new historical situation.
