摘要
中国是一个农业大国,农民在整个国家中占较大的比重。随着我国经济社会的发展,"三农"问题越加突出。在贫困地区,农民产生一些非理性行为有其必然的原因,应理性的分析和看待。只有建立健全农村社会保障体系、农村市场服务体系,调整农业产业结构,发挥农村金融市场的资金支持作用,增强农民的法治意识,切实维护农民的合法权益,才能正确引导农民走向理性,构建和谐的社会主义新农村。
In poverty-stricken area,some farmers＇ irrational behavior has its inevitable reasons,we should rationally analyze and considerate.Only establishing a rural social security system,the rural market service system,adjustment of agricultural structure,bringing the rural financial market fund supporting effect,increasing farmers＇ legal consciousness,protecting farmers＇ lawful rights,can correctly guide peasants to rationality,get rich road and construct harmonious socialist new countryside.
