摘要
本文首先阐述中医病案的发展历史、病案书写规范化训练在中医教学中的重要性;结合目前中医病历书写中常见的问题,论述中医病案的中医特色与中医教学内容的关联性,强调病案书写规范化的中医教育不仅关系到中医院校合格人才的培养,而且关系到中医学的生存。
In this paper,the phylogeny of Traditional Chinese Medical record is introduced,the significance for training of medical record writing in traditional Chinese Medical education is emphasized.Based on the analyzing of mistake in Traditional Chinese Medical record writing,it is dissertate that the characteristic of the Traditional Chinese Medical record associate with the content of Traditional Chinese Medical education.It is put forward that the standardization training of Traditional Chinese Medical record foster the students in Traditional Chinese Medical school and associated with the survival of Traditional Chinese Medical science.
