摘要
文章阐述建立血液净化专科医师培养及准入制度的必要性,着重讨论了血液净化专科医师培养方案、完善各种相关制度等问题。这必将促进我国血液净化专科医师准入制度及培训方案的建立和完善,促进我国血液净化专科建设的进一步发展。
This paper discusses the significance of establishing training and access system to the blood purification （BP） specialists. It mainly elaborates the plan for BP specialist training and ways to perfect various regulations. It will help establish and perfect BP specialists access system in China, and promote further development of BP discipline construction in China.
