摘要
目的观察硝酸咪康唑乳膏(达克宁乳膏)在治疗尿布接触性皮炎中的疗效。方法将86例诊断为尿布接触性皮炎的患者按1∶1随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用每次更换尿布后,温水清洗臀部后拭干臀部,硝酸咪康唑乳膏涂擦,均匀覆盖在患处皮肤;对照组采用常规方法,温水洗净臀部,然后用清洁干燥的软棉布轻轻拭干臀部的水分,敷上爽身粉。结果两组患者的疗效和恢复时间均有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗组疗效明显好于对照组。结论硝酸咪康唑乳膏用于治疗尿布接触性皮炎方法简便、经济、有效,值得临床推广使用。
OBJECTIVE To observe Miconazole Nitrate Cream（Daktarin cream）in the treatment of diaper-contacted dermatitis.METHODS The 86 cases diagnosed as diaper dermatitis patients by 1∶1 randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group with each diaper,warm water after dry cleaning Hip,Miconazole Nitrate Cream covered in scrub it,even on the sore skin;while the control group has a generic method,warm water wash the hips and then clean and dry soft cloth to gently dry buttock dressing water,talcum powder.RESULTS Two groups of patients and recovery times,there is a significant difference（P0.05）.And the effect of the treatment group is significantly better than that of control group.CONCLUSION Miconazole Nitrate Cream used in the treatment of diaper dermatitis method was simple,economical,efficient,and clinical.
