摘要
在研究型大学培养和造就高素质创造性人才的发展中,依靠学校现有的科技创新实践基础,围绕"目的目标化,目标操作化、活动系统化、行动理念化"的建设思路,强化内涵建设,树立精英意识,构建特色平台。注重能力培养,发挥创新平台综合性、交叉性、集成性作用。引入了实践入门、实践导向、实践融合的三步导向方案。整体筹划、系统建设具有规模大,运行效率高,实践环境新,特色功能多,其规模、设备、管理在国内领先的大学生科技创新实践硬件平台和软件平台。进一步整合优化资源,完善科技创新教师队伍建设,完善学生科技创新综合素质培养,构建创新型人才培养体系,达到推进大学生科技创新实践平台建设,实现学校"可靠、顶用、创新"人才培养的总目标。
On the cultivating high qualified and creative talents, this paper introduced how relying on existing practical basis of science and technology innovation, and around target-aiming, aim-operating, activity-systematization, actionthinking setting up the thought of elites, constructing characteristic platform. We pay attention to cultivating abilities, exert all-round,crossed and eompositive function of innovative platform. This paper introduced three-step scheme, that means practical-introduction, practical-guilding and practical-fusion. It can design the integer, constructs the hardware and software platform for students' science and technology innovation. The platform will be large-scale, it will has high effective operation, has new practical environment and more characteristic function. It will keep ahead of other universities in scale, facility and management. We integrate resources and improve teachers cultivating for science and technology innovation, it improves qualify cultivating of students' science and technology innovation, builds creative education system, promotes building practical platform for students' science and technology innovation. It realizes the university' s final talent training objective, that is reliable,useful,innovative.
