摘要
网间结算是电信网内不同企业之间收入或利润的再分配,在经济的环境下,应按等量资本获得等量利润的原则确定合理的结算方案,形成平均利润。本文介绍的两种结算方法,结合了目前我国电信业务资费水平和网间成本占用情况以及中国电信业务分营的现状,为不同电话网之间的话务量成本分摊和收入再分配提供了理论依据和解决方案。
Internetwork settlement is the reassignment of revenue or profits among different enterprises. Under the environment of market economy, reasonable settlement schemes should be chosen according to the principle of Equal profits for equal capital. Two settlement methods have been introduced in this paper, providing theoretical basis and solutions for cost allocation and revenue reapportionment for different networks in the light of the current tariff level and network occupancy.
