中英美三国《成人护理/内外科护理学》课程教学目标的比较 被引量:8

摘要 目的比较中英美三国《成人护理/内外科护理学》课程教学目标的异同。方法抽取中英美三国具有代表性和可比性的大学16所,收集护理本科《成人护理/内外科护理学》课程教学大纲33份,采用美国比较教育学家贝雷迪(George Z.F.Bereday)的"比较四步法",以文献研究为主,对认知领域、情感领域和动作技能领域三方面的教学目标进行比较。结果在认知领域的教学目标方面,中英美大学均要求护理本科生要学会应用护理程序收集资料,制定和实施护理计划、评价护理效果,能为护理对象制定和实施有针对性的健康教育计划;中国大学对生物医学知识要求更为全面和系统,而在人文、心理、社会科学理论知识方面要求相对不足。在情感领域的教学目标方面,中国大学比较单一,教学目标与生物、心理、社会医学模式下开展护理实践活动的需求有一定差距。动作技能领域的教学目标三国之间既有共性的要求,又各有侧重,但中国大学略显不足。结论在《成人护理/内外科护理学》课程教学目标的设置中,中国大学应增加情感教学目标的设置,加强职业情感态度的培养;增强目标设置的合理性,突出护理专业的需求;补充动作技能领域的教学目标,以适应护理专业角色拓展的需要。 Objective To compare the teaching objectives of Adult/Medical-Surgical Nursing Courses in China,UK and USA.Methods Thirty-three documents of teaching objectives of Adult /Medical-Surgical Nursing Courses in Pre-registration Nursing Curriculum from 16 representative universities in China,UK and USA were collected and compared by the 4-step comparative method of George Z.F.Bereday,an American Comparative Educationist.The comparison was conducted in cognitive,affective and motor domains of teaching objectives based on the literature study.Results These teaching objectives in the cognitive domain were highly consistent among the three countries,emphasizing the nursing baccalaureate students’ mastery of the skill of collecting data,making nursing plans,implementing nursing interventions and evaluating nursing effects.Priorities were attached to the requirements of biomedical knowledge for Chinese nursing students in the cognitive domain than humanities,psychological and social knowledge.Teaching objectives in the affective domain of China were quite simple,which could not meet the needs of nursing practice with bio-psycho-social medical model.Objectives in the motor skill domain of three countries share certain common points and their own particular emphasis.Conclusion The objectives of affective domain should be enhanced,and the professional attitudes and affection training intensified in the Adult /Medical-Surgcal Nursing Course so as to the rationality of teaching objectives could be enhanced and the demands of nursing speciality highlighted.Besides,the objectives of motor skill domain should be reinforced to meet the needs of expanding nursing professional roles.
