新疆高职院校酒店管理专业学生实习工作满意度调查与分析 被引量:18

A Survey of Hotel Majors' Satisfaction with their Hotel Practice

摘要 以新疆高职院校酒店管理专业学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查和深入访谈,对新疆多家酒店实习中的高职院校学生进行工作满意度的调查分析。结果表明,这些学生实习工作满意度普遍偏低,在影响工作满意度的6个因素中,满意程度从小到大排列,依次为薪酬待遇、工作满足感、工作条件、领导管理、学习与锻炼、人际关系。同时文章对单个因素所包含具体的工作满意感因子进行综合分析,指出产生这种状况的原因及存在的问题,在此基础上对学校和酒店双方提出相应的建议。 The author uses questionnaire to survey the hotel majors in Xinjiang vocational colleges and conducts interviews with them,finding that their satisfactory degree to the hotel practice is not high.Among the six factors related to personal satisfaction,payment gains the least;while interpersonal relation enjoys the most.The other four from the least to the most are working happiness,working condition,management,and personal development.The paper employs factor analysis to synthesize all the factors so as to find why students are not very satisfied with their hotel practice.Based on this,the paper proposes some suggestions to hotels and schools about students' practice.
