摘要
目的：探讨腹腔镜经脐无瘢痕手术在复杂阑尾切除术中的应用。方法：采用535组合（5mm 30度腔镜、3mm器械和5mm超声刀）,经脐缘做3个独立的弧形小切口,为10例患者施行了复杂阑尾切除术。结果：10例手术均获成功,手术时间70-180m in,术后排气时间10-20h,进食时间24-36h。无需额外切口。结论：535组合经脐腹腔镜阑尾切除术可获得经自然腔道内镜手术无可视瘢痕的效果,同样适用于复杂的阑尾切除术。
Objective：To investigate the application of complicated transumbilical scarless laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods：Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 10 patients who underwent complicated transumbilical laparoscopic appendectomy with 5mm 30° laparoscope,3mm instruments and 5mm ultrasound knife（535 combination）.3 independent small incisions were made at the edge of umbilicus.Results：All cases were operated successfully,the operative time was 70-180min,the postoperative flatus time was 10-20h,taking food time was 24-36h,and no extra incision was needed.Conclusions：The transumbilical laparoscopic appendectomy with 535 combination can achieve the effect of nonvisible scar as natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery,and can be applied to the complicated appendicitis.
