昂丹司琼复合利多卡因预防罗库溴铵注射痛临床分析 被引量:10

摘要 罗库溴铵是目前临床上起效最快的非去极化肌松药,无心血管不良反应,不释放组胺,无蓄积作用,尤其适用于需要快速诱导以避免反流、误吸的肥胖患者。但是注射痛是其主要的缺点,发生率为50%-80%,患者主诉注射部位出现程度不同的烧灼样疼痛,在麻醉后则表现为手腕和肘部不自主的屈伸活动。人们尝试用各种方法减轻该不良反应,如稀释,
