摘要
建立了以邻菲啰啉作显色剂,盐酸羟胺作还原剂,用分光光度计测定造纸黑液中总铁含量的新方法。并对造纸黑液的最佳取样时间、测定波长的选择、测定准确度以及如何排除干扰做了讨论。在优化实验条件下,测得黑液中总铁含量与透射比的线性关系为y=-331.76x+100,相关系数R=0.9948,该法的测定范围为0.03～5.0mg/L,样品测定限为0.7023mg/L,相对标准偏差为1.2%,加标回收率在98.67%～102%之间。本方法具有简单、快速、灵敏度高等优点,可满足造纸工业分析检测的需要,测得的数据可用于评估该造纸工艺中的管道锈蚀程度,指导设备和管道材质选取。
A new method for the determination of total iron in paper-making black liquor was established,with phenanthroline as reagent and hydroxylamine hydrochloride as reducer.The papermaking black liquor＇s best sampling time,the determination wave length＇s choice,the determination accuracy as well as the suppress interference were discussed.Under the optimized experimental conditions,linear relationship of the total iron of the black liquor to the transmissivity was y=-331.76x＋100,and correlation coefficient was R=0.9948.This measuring range was 0.03～5.0mg/L.The sample determination limits was 0.7023mg/L,the relatively standard deviation was 1.2%,and the recovery rate was 98.67%～102%.This method had many features,such as simple,rapidity and high sensitivity,which may satisfy the need of the paper industrial analysis.The data obtained may be used in appraising the corrosion degree of the paper-making pipeline,and instructing the selection of the equipment and the pipeline material quality.
