摘要
根据传质理论建立煤溶剂萃取动力学模型,将可萃取物在煤中的最大含量作为模型参数,该参数可由实验数据趋势值和最大实验值两种方法求取。以苯对富含低分子物质褐煤的萃取数据对模型进行检验,结果表明,该模型能较好地拟合试验数据,用最大实验值法求取的模型参数拟合程度更好。
A kinetic model of exaction from coal was deduced on the basis of mass transfer theory.The parameter of the model was the maximum solvend content,which could be calculated from the maximum measured value or trend value of the experiment.The validity of the model was tested by the extraction data of the coal rich in low molecular weight components by benzene.The results show that the model fits the experimental data well,and the model parameters calculated from the maximum experiment value has higher fitting degree.
