摘要
提出应用于四相电压调整模块(VRM)削弱直流偏磁的集成磁件,其部分磁件采用薄膜化。电路仿真验证表明,集成磁件的直流偏磁得以削弱,交错变换器的动态响应得到改善。
Put forward the integrated magnetic reducing dc-bias for 4-phase voltage regulator module(VRM).Some magnetic components have been thin-film modified.It is proved that the dc-bias in the integrated magnetic is reduced and the dynamic response of interleaving converter is improved by the electric circuit simulation.
