摘要
以2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮(UV-0)、氯乙酰氯为起始原料,合成了反应性紫外线吸收剂2-羟基-4-氯乙酰氧基二苯甲酮;采用正交实验方法确定了较佳合成条件;利用1HNMRI,R技术确证了目标产物的结构;利用合成的目标化合物对棉织物进行了抗紫外整理,并对目标化合物的抗紫外线性能进行了测试.结果表明,目标化合物具有较好的抗紫外线吸收功能.
2-hydroxy-4-chloroacetoxy-benzophenone a new type of reactive ultraviolet absorber,was synthesized by reacting chloroacetyl chloride with 2,4-dihydoxybenzophenone,the optimum condition of the synthesis was determined by the orthogonal experiment;the structure of the target molecular was characterized by 1HNMR and IR.Furthermore,anti-ultraviolet treatment on cotton fabric and the ultraviolet absorbing property of the synthes-ized molecular was aslo investgated.The result indicated that synthesized molecular has good anti-ultraviolet properties.
