基于茎秆生理电容的作物生长水分测量仪

摘要 阐述了茎秆生理电容式水分传感器的工作原理,介绍了以凌阳SPCE061A单片机为主控芯片、具有语音播放功能的作物生长水分测量仪的设计。利用茎秆生理电容传感器检测作物生长的水分信号,信号经调理电路,由单片机完成转换、显示和语音播报。采用PTR8000无线数据传输模块,使测量仪可以构成多机监测系统,实现远程集中控制。实践表明系统工作稳定,数据传输可靠,数据可视化直观。 This paper expounded the principle of the physiological capacitance sensor of crops stem and discussesed the design of crops growth moisture measuring instrument with playing speech based on the 16-bit signal chip SPCE061A.Making use of the stem capacitance sensor to detect the signal of crops growth moisture content,the signal of which were processed through the signal conditioning circuit will swich,display and voicebrodcast.Using wireless data transmission module PTR8000,it can constitute a multiple monitoring system which was easy to remote centralized control.It has been proved that the system can work steadily,transfer reliably,with visual and intuitionistic data.
