摘要
采用计算流体动力学方法对锥阀阀腔内的流场进行数值求解,并比较分析不同阀芯直径下不同开口度对应的流量系数与液动力值。结果表明:对应相同开口,阀芯直径的变化基本不会引起流量的变化,并且流量系数基本保持不变,为0.85左右;阀芯直径对阀芯作用力及稳态液动力的影响较小。该结论为锥阀的结构设计提供一定的参考。
The computational fluid dynamics method was adopted to analyze the different inner flow fields of hydraulic poppet valve.With different valve core diameters,the discharge coefficient and steady flow force of hydraulic poppet valve in different uncork were compared and analyzed.The results show that: corresponding to the same uncork,the change of valve core diameter do not cause changes of the flow and discharge coefficient is nearly 0.85;the effects of valve core diameter on the valve core force and steady flow force are small.They provide reference for structure design of hydraulic poppet valve.
