摘要
以九寨沟风景区为例,提出生态旅游地应重视科技和资金投入,不断完善景区制度建设,从人才和管理两方面狠下工夫,贯彻"保护性开发"的指导思想,从而使景区获得经济迅速发展、社区居民受益和环境得以有效保护的综合效益。
Taking the Jiuzhaigou scenic area for example,the paper proposes that the ecotourism destinations should pay attention to science,technology and capital investment,continuously perfect its institutional construction,strength its efforts in improving both the personnel quality and management,as well as carry out the guiding ideology of ＂protective development＂,so as to promote the rapid economic development within the scenic area,benefit its people and protect its environment.
