摘要
分析了国内外丁苯热塑性弹性体(SBS)的生产消费现状及发展前景。2009年,全世界SBS的总生产能力为208.4万t,消费量约为170.0万t,预计到2014年消费量将达到约200.0万t。截至2010年7月我国SBS的生产能力为65.0万t,2009年消费量为56.4万t,预计2014年消费量将达到约75.0万t。针对目前我国SBS行业的生产状况,提出了加大研究开发力度,提高生产技术以及开发新产品等发展建议。
The production,consumption status of SBS and its development prospects at home and abroad are analysed.In 2009,the total production capacity of SBS in the world was about 2 084 kt/a,with total consumption about 1 700 kt/a.It is forecasted that the total consumption of SBS in the world will reach about 2 000 kt/a in 2014.The production capacity of SBS in China was about 650 kt/a,with total consumption about 564 kt/a in 2009.It is forecasted that the total consumption of SBS in China will reach about 750 kt/a in 2014.According to the status in the production of SBS in China,suggestions for the development of SBS in China are put forward,including enhancement of research and development as well as exploitation of new products etc.
