摘要
介绍一种GaAs6位数-模转换器(DAC)。时钟频率达到500MHz,采用全耗尽型GaAsMESFET制作,平面凹槽工艺,最小线宽1μm,输入与ECL电平兼容,输出能驱动50Ω负载,最大静态功耗900mW。
A 6bit GaAs digital anolog converter with clock frequency up to 500 MHz is presented.It was made with entire depletion mode MESFET by planar recess process,resulting in input compatibility with ECL level and output with 50Ω.And its maximum static power dissipation is 900mW.
