摘要
近场热辐射中存在光子隧道效应和表面极化激元等作用,其辐射热通量与间距的6次方成反比,比远场辐射热通量大5~6个数量级。这些特性在近场热扫描显微镜和微型热光电系统等方面已得到广泛应用。简单介绍了与近场热辐射相关的涨落电动力学和涨落耗散理论,从数值模拟和实验研究两个方面,综述了近场热辐射研究的最新进展。
Because there exist photon tunneling effect and surface polaritons in near-field thermal radiation,radiant heat flux is inversely proportional to the six orders of magnitude of the spacing interval and is about five to six orders of magnitude higher than the far-field radiant heat flux.These characteristics are widely used in near-field thermal scanning microscopy and micro thermalphotovoltaic systems etc..The fluctuation electrodynamics and fluctuation dissipation theory related to the near-field thermal radiation are presented and the recent highlights in near-field thermal radiation research are overviewed in the aspects of numerical simulation and experiment.
