摘要
目的探讨妊娠期血小板减少的原因及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析北京煤炭总医院2008年1月至2010年6月共32例妊娠期血小板减少的临床资料。结果 32例患者中无明显原因发生的血小板减少20例,由妊娠合并症引起的血小板减少9例,由内科疾病引起的血小板减少3例。阴道分娩13例,剖宫产19例,2例发生产后出血,无孕产妇及新生儿死亡。结论妊娠期血小板减少可严重威胁母婴健康,应加强监护,合理治疗。如无产科指征,以阴道分娩为宜;如血小板≤50×109/L,可在血源准备充足的条件下行剖宫产。
Objective To study the causes and treatment of thrombocytopenia in pregnancy.Methods Thirty-two pregnant patients with thrombocytopenia hospitalized between January 2008 and June 2010 in Beijing Meitan General Hospital were retrospecitvely analyzed.Results Out of 32 patients,twenty developed thrombocytopenia of unknown cause,nine with pregnancy-complicated thrombocytopenia,and three with thrombocytopenia secondary to medical conditions.Thirteen patients delivered vaginally and nineteen received caesarean sections.Two patients had postpartum hemorrhage.Neither mother nor baby died.Conclusion Thrombocytopenia in pregnancy was harmful to maternal mothers and neonates.Pregnant women with thrombocytopenia should delivered vaginally if without obstetrical complications.Caesarean section should be performed in patients with platelet count less than 50×109/L and sufficient blood source.
