摘要
采用复合的聚氧化丙烯二醇(N220)、聚氧化丙烯三醇(N330)与甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)以及添加剂为原料合成了单组分聚氨酯防水涂料。试验结果表明,取n(N220)∶n(N330)=(3.5∶1.0)~(4.0∶1.0),—NCO含量控制在4%,增塑剂质量百分数为5%,催化剂质量百分数为0.5%,以水为固化剂,制备的单组分聚氨酯防水涂膜性能优异。
The single component waterproofing coatings were synthesized by composite polyether diol (N220) and polyether triol (N330), toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and additives. The results shown that when n (N220) ;n (N330) = (3.5;1.0)- (4.0;1.0), the percentage of --NCO in prepolymer was 4%,the mass percentage of plasticizer in coatings were 5%,the mass percentage of catalyst in coatings were 0.5%,water was used as curing agent,the prepared single component polyurethane films have excellent water-proofing property.
