详细论述了黔西北蔬菜产业发展的规模、布局及特色,综合分析了其组织化程度低、服务体系不健全、采后处理滞后等问题;同时提出了推进规范化、高效化、标准化生产,建立完善的营销市场体系、科技服务体系,加强冷链建设等是促进黔西北蔬菜产业快速、健康发展的根本保障。
The scale, layout and features of vegetable industry development in Northwest Guizhou were discussed in detail, and its low organized degree, unperfect service system and postharvest processing delay were analysed comprehensively in this paper. At the same time, pointed out that promote standardization, efficient, standardized production, establish and improve the marketing system and technology service system, strengthen cold-chain construction were the way to promote vegetables industry rapid and healthy development in Northwestern Guizhou.
