蛋鸭定时下水对入水排泄物与水质的影响

摘要 选取健康、体重差异不显著(P>0.05)的产蛋期微山麻鸭800只,利用最大储水量23 m3、最大水面积57 m2的小水池进行放养,常规免疫与饲养管理。其中48只平均分配到3个小隔间中,进行网下收粪试验。设置每日分别自由下水0、1、2、4、24 h,每一时间段均连续下水7 d。结果表明:自由下水时间从1 h延长至4 h,入水排泄物与水质污染指标均表现出递增的规律;在人工满足营养水平的前提下,蛋鸭只需较短时间的洗浴便可满足其生理需求;通过二次曲线模拟,选取第1天与最后1天作为分析点,大部分污染指标均以自由下水1 h表现出较低的增长速度。 Eight hundred healthy Weishan shelducks with no significant difference in body weight were selected in laying period for the study,whose immunization and feed were according to the routine.A pond with 23 m3 of the maximal water storage volume and 57 m2 of the maximal water area was used for free range of ducks.Forty eight shelducks were divided equally into three groups and fed in different cubicles respectively for collecting feces under the net.Five kinds of time in water were designed as 0,1,2,4 and 24 hours respectively,and every kind was tested for 7 days.The results showed that the feces in water and the water pollution indicators steadily increased with the time in water increasing from 1 hour to 4 hours.On the premise of providing adequate nutrition artificially,the laying ducks needed only a short time bath for their physiological need.Through the quadratic curve fitting and selecting the first day and the last day as the analyzing points,the results indicated that most of the water pollution indicators increased more slowly when the ducks stayed in water for one hour every day.
