摘要
跨境贸易人民币结算为外贸企业提供了便利,有利于规避汇率风险,降低交易成本.我国于2009年推出了跨境贸易人民币结算试点,至2010年2月已经取得一定的进展.然而,人民币结算资金来源的问题制约了跨境贸易人民币结算的进一步发展.为此,应进一步完善配套措施,增加人民币结算资金来源渠道,强化对人民币跨境流动的监管并加强产品创新.
Cross-border trade settlement in RMB facilitates foreign trade enterprises, and contributes to avoiding exchange rate risk and reducing transaction costs. China has launched the pilot RMB settlement of cross-border trade in 2009 and has made some progress until February of 2010. However, the issue of capital source of RMB restricts the further development of cross-border trade settlement in RMB. Therefore, we should further improve the supporting measures, expand the capital source of RMB settlement, strengthen the supervision of the cross-border flow of RMB and enhance the product innovation
